PATHETIC!!!!! Justin the service Advisor was a complete non communicating idiot. He has no customer service skills at all and when he got called on the carpet he did the back pedal and called my wife a liar. ABSOLUTELY absurd. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. And the amount of money I paid for the work to be done and then do so not even QA/QC to make sure the work that was done was complete and correct. I was charged for services i didn't ask for or approved. Most of which I had already within a year. Regardless im never coming back
Did not diagnose issue had to take it somewhere else and get the issue resolved. Natalia said call my direct line which I did 10 times over different periods of time when the service department was open and not once did was my call answered. I left a message which was ignored and never got a call back. Had to pay a diagnosing fee which did not even resolve my issue was told if it happens again to bring it back which how could I if no persons except the AI Pam person would transfer me to the service dept only ... Mike was great. He answered all of our questions and was knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. He communicated well with me through the process and stayed late to make sure we were all good with our decision. The only negative has nothing to do with Mike but with the finance guy. Twice Mike worked with me to get to an agreement to have it changed. Even on the final agreement on terms. Why have a go between if the sales person does not have the authority to make deals? I basically forced to accept a vehicle I didn't want and was told that I only had two vehicles to choose from out of 200 that was said to be in inventory.
The Lake staff goes above and beyond. They picked up my car from my work and contacted me during the day with updates. They retuned the vehicle to me as soon as it was complete. I was able to pay online. I never had to set foot in the dealership while still receiving excellent customer service. Will pass along to all how well I was treated.
My salesperson Cecilia was extremely personable and a pleasure to work with. The dealership was very clean and orderly.

My Service Advisor immediately notified the problem but did not tell me. I don’t have a problem going through an over all check of the car and charging me for that. I do have a problem of not letting me know when you see the issue.
I had just moved to Milwaukee from. Illinois and needed an oil change. So I set up an appointment with lake chevrolet because they were close to me. I got an appointment the next day. Everything ran smooth. Everybody was pleasant, and I had my oil changed done promptly while I waited, and they did a tire rotation and updated me on what would be needed next and when.

Had a 730am appointment but was not even looked at until the afternoon. Already knew the issue and tech had to diagnose it thus delaying warranty approval and was not able to get issue addressed
I had my oil changed and tire rotation at Lake Chevrolet, when I received it back, they left my tires loose. They rattled. I took it into a dealer near me in Cudahy Wisconsin. They told me the wheels were loose and they tightened up the rims, I called Lake Chevrolet to discuss it with Nick. The manager never called me back. I called the head of the corporation. There is damage to my dashboard that was not there when we took it in. My husband told the person who he got the keys from and they said they would to talk to their manager but no one has called us back.
Good kept me informed on my car and able to fix it on a short notice, I was happy they were able to fix it
I just recently moved to milwaukee wisconsin from illinois. It was time for an oil change, so I made an appointment with lake Chevy in the Milwaukee. Got in quickly, everything ran smoothly. They weren't pushy, and very accommodating
They took great care to make sure everything was in order and stayed late to help me set up my car tech.
It was straight forward. I found the car I wanted online. Made a contingent deal over the phone. I came to pick it up on the agreed upon date. There was absolutely no xx at any point. They were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Service Department was informative and helpful. They did not find the problem that I brought the car in for. They did not check for codes, safety recalls (which there are 3). Attitude of Service writer was excellent. Finding the primary problem 1.
Customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to help with an issue with doors automatically locking. One issue is I wish your service plan would automatically come up when they punch your name in. I have to ask every time I'm there if the service is covered. Paid a lot of money for their platinum plan and if I don't ask them to look it up every time I would get charged for the service which is actually covered.

They don't listen to the customer. I asked them over 4 visits and 7 months to check my alternator and they said it was fine. I have had 2 other shops check and confirm that I have had a bad alternator which now needs to be replaced. If they would have checked the alternator months ago while my vehicle was still under warranty, I would t be having the issues I have now.

I'd like to thank the service associate Sam for being an extra kind person, going over and above what is required for her job. I came in for an oil change the other day. I had my oil changed and tires rotated and they left all my rims loose. I was driving by Jeff's automotive repair in Cudahy stopped in and asked them to look at my car and they said all my wheels were loose. Very clean every time I visit here. There is always a staff member ready to greet and take your car in when you arrive. They are also very thorough with there work. If you're going to pay a premium for service it should at least be good quality.
