Extremely poor customer service and told me, a long time customer, not to "pull the woman card as 50% of their customers are women" after feeling scammed because I paid $$$ for diagnostics to identify my truck's issue in addition to repairs they promised would correct the issue. Had to bring my vehicle back 2 weeks later as the original issue was not fixed through the expensive repair paid for the first time. Lake Chevrolet took care of all of my needs while my vehicle was down for maintenance. They went out of their way to retrieve my vehicle from another dealer to perform the work and give me a temporary vehicle. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to friends or relatives

Had issues with my starter recently and every time I went in everyone was very friendly and helpful. The manager Nick is great! He is always super helpful, fits me in last minute when in a jam and always kept me up to date with what was going on!
Made my first major purchase with Cecilia. It was quick and easy, she explained everything and helped me understand each step of the process even after my purchase was made! I got charged 550 for a transmission flush and that’s fine I guess but my check engine light came on and it was a wiring issue. They tried to charge me 570 out of pocket saying that max care wouldn’t cover it to fix a broken wire. Once I said I’d buy a new harness the woman said fine do it yourself. My car was repaired but the communication could have been better throughout the entire process.
I didn't like the added three percent fee for using a credit card. Lake Auto Group you can treat your customers better than this!
One of the few times I bought a car where I didn’t feel like I was doing battle. I felt that the dealership negotiated to a fair price.
Everything went well except for the verification code. Technology is confusing for us seniors, hard to keep up. Np problem always other options. Good experience.
Cecilia Was great and amazing customer service at Lake Chevy. It was a quick process. We brought our kids and she was very attentive with them as well.

Picked a vehicle online and got to dealer. Vehicle out front ready for me to see when I arrived. Sat in it and didn't care for it. Asked Josh if he had something similar, and he took us to another vehicle immediately. Sat in it and this was the one. Paperwork ready when I arrived two days later. Fast process!

I normally have a good experience with lake Chevy, but my last visit was frustrating. Had a pretty large surprise repair bill that seemed excessive for the age/mileage of the car. How this hasn’t been noticed ever before on some sort of inspection was odd. Also didn’t ever recall getting charged a surcharge for using my credit card. It would have been. Ice to have been informed of that prior to checking out. I had no other form of payment on me. The surcharge was about $100.
Carly was fantastic. We will be back to her. She made this so easy and went out of her way to help us.

This was a vehicle almost dead, called our local dealership 2 miles away and was told they could not help us for a month called Lake Chevrolet, which is over an hour away and they took care of us like we were Kings
We had a great experience with our Chevy Trax purchase. Carly did an excellent job throughout the sales process and made things easy.
Fix the vehicle as needed. Only concern is that it is a brand new vehicle and the technician left oil stains on the ceiling of the vehicle, which is difficult to clean without leaving water stains.

When booking my oil change online, there was a mistake and I was booked for a time that was not available. I was busy the rest of the week during the times they had open. For the inconvenience, they had a driver come get my car from work the following day and bring it in for the oil change. I was very pleased with this experience.

Was in area when car broke down. They got it in same day and fixed the issue. I really appreciated the tech's detailed notes regarding what he did to triage the specific problem. It gave me confidence in knowing they fixed exactly what needed fixing.

Was told I needed a new tire, for an irreparable nail puncture, that would be installed for $299. Took it to the place that installed the tires originally and they just showed me the nail. Simple repair. Good as new….

Communication could be a tad better, but that is my only recommendation. I would buy here again and I would recommend them and I look forward to working with them for service on my new (to me) vehicle in the future.
I purchased a 202 Sonata. Seeing as though we were driving a a little distance to purchase the car, I spoke with the salesman to make sure everything was in order the car was in great condition. He assured me everything was good. We purchase the car only to drive it and see that the brakes are severally warped. And if you know anything about cars you know you can drive it for a little while before the trembling starts especially if you tried to maintenance them instead of replacing them. Long story short. Craig helped me tremendously with my 2019 GMC Acadia. My vehicle was diagnosed by 5 other mechanics including a GMC dealership. No one took the time to find the issue. Craig and his mechanic Tony spent two days in and under my Acadia until the issue was discovered. Then they promptly repaired it. I am extremely grateful to Craig and Tony for taking the time and doing what 5 other mechanics could not do. My Acadia is running like new!

JJ was great. Knowledgeable, personable, and he worked hard to get us a vehicle we liked at a price we could afford. We purchased a Chevy Equinox and have been enjoying it. My only wish is that it had a sunroof and lumbar seating, but those weren't available at our price limit in a newer model. The vehicle we did purchase handles well, rides smoothly, and is very comfortable.

Do not give them your business!!! They don't detail or check the used vehicles for issues and just sell it. They tell you to let them know any issues within 10 day. I did within 3 days. The trunk was hit but they said no accidents. It didn't line up. The sensor doesn't work underneath to open the trunk but they lied and said it does but didn't prove it when I got there to pick my vehicle up. Car was not clean nor was box of truck new tires put on 2 of 4 tires no valve stem caps I have trusted Lake Chevrolet four years on my vehicle maintenance as of now I think I need to start looking somewhere else.
Willy and Brandon were great to work with. We love our new Equinox. The drive is so comfortable and great mileage. On a long trip got 34mpg. Very happy with our new vehicle. Service department is also top notch.
