Very bad communication. Not good at contacting customers in timely manner. Tyler is a good kid and generally wants to help. I believe this is a management issue. Pick up my car in a not working condition on June 16th with specific instructions to call me asap with the plan to fix my NEW car. Today is June 27th. 11 days and zero communication about the plan to make my new car 100%.

I had a very amazing experience at Lake Chevrolet today. I want to call out the friendliness of the staff including Salesman Luke and Anthony from the Finance department. Both answered all my questions and helped me through the entire buying process. They both were very down to earth and weren't pushy with anything. I originally went to the dealership just to get an oil change. Brad was very friendly and provided good customer service. They also checked my car overall and told me I needed a new tire because there was a nail in it, and my windshield wipers were scratching my front window. I wasn’t sure about that at the time. Dropped off my new suburban that I purchased there for its first oil change and to look into an issue that I thought should be covered under warranty . Also, Asked them to detail my vehicle. I had to call 2 days later to see what was going on. All they did was the oil change. If I didn't call them it would probably still be sitting there.
You did work on my car, you stated that it was all done, within one week the light was on again. Again, it’s a terrible that’s giving me trouble and you said that was fine.

Sold me a vehicle with problems from day one. When I mentioned it and asked if they would cover the repairs the person in the financing office said yes, but of course did not. Will never return also later found out a friend of mine that purchased from there also had a similar situation and will also never purchase from there again. They sold me a 2021 Silverado 1500 and the motor locked up within 8 to 9 months they replaced it,, after receiving the truck the wires cough on fire 2 1/2 days later now I’m being charged with the part and labor,,I’m losing work bills are running up….. horrible experience ever!
Jose Lopez was EXTREMELY professional and helpful taking care of my truck! I moved to Milwaukee last year and honestly, my experience was rough at best. However, Jose was so helpful that he completely changed my perspective of the city! Dealership does not listen to the Customer When you ask the service rep, Joseph Lopez to check and see if my vehicle still has warranty for transmission And never looks into it. It's a bit disappointing. Also, when your vehicle is parked for 20 minutes before he brings you your keys, don't let the customer sit another 20 minutes to do paperwork come on

Was not to thrilled about the low ball offer for my vehicle. Feel that instead of bringing the vehicles to the front, the dealer should take us out to the area where the vehicles are kept and we view them all. That way if we see a color or feature we like, we can go from there. Also, auto detailers should work on Saturdays. It is the weekend and the primary day people have off. I brought in my car for a repair and an estimate came back the next day. After approving the repairs, a part that was supposed to be replaced was sent back which caused a delay. Then another part was found to be bad, which i asked them to check originally. This caused another delay and more money. After picking up the car there was noises and it was found that bolts were not put back on the lower cover. It's unbelievable how many mistakes were made and for the money I paid i expect much better
