I had my oil changed and tires rotated and they left all my rims loose. I was driving by Jeff's automotive repair in Cudahy stopped in and asked them to look at my car and they said all my wheels were loose. They weren't tightened up especially the front driver side that was gonna fall off lucky no one got killed. I was impressed with timing and professionalism. Also loved their persistence to inform me of the recall.
The service was okay and I was only offered two choices of vehicles so I ended up with a vehicle I really didn't want.
He was very friendly a d professional, everything went great. Jose Lopez was very friendly and professional, we ran into a few problems, but nothing they couldn't fix, was very satisfied overall.

Very clean every time I visit here. There is always a staff member ready to greet and take your car in when you arrive. They are also very thorough with there work. If you're going to pay a premium for service it should at least be good quality.
I had my gas lines and gas pump replaced by lake chevy dealership they did a phenomenal job and Jose Lopez provided me with excellent customer service always kept me informed of my vehicle.

Very disappointed with the service at Lake Chevrolet, especially my service advisor, Natalia Murillo.
From the beginning, I told them I believed the issue was the transmission sensor. My advisor should have been upfront and told me they would not be able to diagnose the problem because the check engine light was not on. Instead, I was left waiting only to be told they couldn’t diagnose it. I also asked for a diagnostic report, but Natalia Murillo couldn’t provide one.

The staff is always friendly, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The service department does quality work, and I feel confident that my vehicle is well taken care of every time I bring it in. I also really appreciate that they wash my car before returning it, which is a thoughtful touch. The entire process is efficient, courteous, and stress-free. I was charged $9.95 for the lock for my tires when the lock for my tires is in my truck they didn't bother to ask then I was told that my air filter was gonna be changed that was included in. It was not changed. It's at 75%. I paid $89 about that much for an oil change. For the service Chevy really needs to do better.

We have been dealing, with much frustration, with GM and a different local dealership on a complex issue. When we called Lake Chevrolet, they immediately understood the issue, did the necessary work to determine if they could resolve it, then scheduled and completed the work professionally and quickly.

They were working hours behind schedule but never gave me notice to reschedule at a better time. 2 hours to put rear tires on! And they had Fox 'news' on the TV in the waiting room. I will buy my 6th Chevy elsewhere if I even buy a Chevy.

Had my 2026 Silverado 3500 towed in 3 times for the same issue and the loaner I received is a trailblazer nowhere close to the vehicle that im making payments on, as well not being able to tow my camper, and had to be requested not offered. No follow up on the status of diagnosis or repair. Totally disappointed.

Very bad communication. Not good at contacting customers in timely manner. Tyler is a good kid and generally wants to help. I believe this is a management issue. Pick up my car in a not working condition on June 16th with specific instructions to call me asap with the plan to fix my NEW car. Today is June 27th. 11 days and zero communication about the plan to make my new car 100%.

I originally went to the dealership just to get an oil change. Brad was very friendly and provided good customer service. They also checked my car overall and told me I needed a new tire because there was a nail in it, and my windshield wipers were scratching my front window. I wasn’t sure about that at the time. Dropped off my new suburban that I purchased there for its first oil change and to look into an issue that I thought should be covered under warranty . Also, Asked them to detail my vehicle. I had to call 2 days later to see what was going on. All they did was the oil change. If I didn't call them it would probably still be sitting there.
You did work on my car, you stated that it was all done, within one week the light was on again. Again, it’s a terrible that’s giving me trouble and you said that was fine.
