Very bad communication. Not good at contacting customers in timely manner. Tyler is a good kid and generally wants to help. I believe this is a management issue. Pick up my car in a not working condition on June 16th with specific instructions to call me asap with the plan to fix my NEW car. Today is June 27th. 11 days and zero communication about the plan to make my new car 100%.

I had a very amazing experience at Lake Chevrolet today. I want to call out the friendliness of the staff including Salesman Luke and Anthony from the Finance department. Both answered all my questions and helped me through the entire buying process. They both were very down to earth and weren't pushy with anything. I would definitely recommend Lake Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I am very happy with the clarity and transparency provided by Tyler and Service team. I am very Appreciative for use of a loaner during a 6hour service. I am cautious with Lake given use of OEM parts and High dollar labor. My last trip was a significantly More then budgeted for which explains my rating of a 4. Not 5.

I originally went to the dealership just to get an oil change. Brad was very friendly and provided good customer service. They also checked my car overall and told me I needed a new tire because there was a nail in it, and my windshield wipers were scratching my front window. I wasn’t sure about that at the time. I asked a family member to check the tire to see if there really was a nail in the front driver’s side tire. It turned out it wasn’t a nail; it was a tiny staple that could be easily removed, so my tire didn’t need to be replaced. The same goes for the wipers—they weren’t damaging my windshield. I feel upset because I was told lies about needing a new tire and wipers. Now I don’t trust going back to that dealership because I believe they were just trying to make money off me by giving false information.

Dropped off my new suburban that I purchased there for its first oil change and to look into an issue that I thought should be covered under warranty . Also, Asked them to detail my vehicle. I had to call 2 days later to see what was going on. All they did was the oil change. If I didn't call them it would probably still be sitting there.

You did work on my car, you stated that it was all done, within one week the light was on again. Again, it’s a terrible that’s giving me trouble and you said that was fine.
