I worked with Corey from sales, great guy personable and very responsive to any questions. As for Lake Country dealership, I’ve had many questions things come up with my purchase of my truck. I purchased my truck and had them hold it for me, as I needed to move funds to purchase it. Part of the deal was to have a tonneau cover installed. When I went to pick up the truck the tonneau cover was not installed. I had to wait yet another week for them to install the cover and front license plate and a valve stem cover was missing. Upon return of truck the front license plate was not installed and the valve stem cover not replaced. I know it’s small but I spent a lot of money. I drove the truck 11 days and my truck alerted me that the front brakes need to be replaced. That should have been checked during the safety inspection. I feel like if someone was to purchase a $51,000 truck everything should be in working order. I was told that they would take care of it for me, but 5 days later I haven’t heard anything. I was also quoted a monthly payment price and during financing the monthly price went up 11 dollars a month I wanted to know why the price changed and financing couldn’t tell me why. I even showed what I was quoted NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE! Would not recommend doing business here! .

Tyler was fantastic! He always takes the time to thoroughly explain what services my vehicle needs and why, which I really appreciate. He's friendly, professional, and consistently provides excellent customer service. I gave a 3-star rating this time because there was an issue after my coolant flush service—something on the engine was not properly closed. Fortunately, I noticed the problem before getting on the highway and was able to return to the dealership right away. However, because it was after 5:00 p.m. and the service department had already closed, I ended up needing a rental vehicle. While I appreciate Tyler's excellent service, I was disappointed by the oversight and the inconvenience it caused.

Every time I go in there, I am treated like a special client. The place is so clean so neat and organized. I feel like I’m in a bougie café. !! Craig in the automotive service department is fantastic. Always so helpful!! They explain what needs to be done now and what can wait for later!! He Squeezed me in on short notice!! Thank you, Craig. I had a wonderful experience at lake Chevrolet, everyone I worked with was the best at what they do Mr Melvin & Ms Tori who are in sales made me feel so comfortable and relaxed working with them, there was no hassles no pushing me to do something that I didn’t want to do. For the first time I feel so sure about making this purchase, if there wa something that I didn’t understand the answered it to the best of their ability, last but definitely not least Mr Darin Alsfelt in financing is a person who knows his numbers and knows how to definitely close a deal where everyone is happy at the end.
