Mike was great. He answered all of our questions and was knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. He communicated well with me through the process and stayed late to make sure we were all good with our decision. The only negative has nothing to do with Mike but with the finance guy. Twice Mike worked with me to get to an agreement to have it changed. Even on the final agreement on terms. Why have a go between if the sales person does not have the authority to make deals? That was the only thorn in the process. Other than that the lake company itself has been good to me.

I basically forced to accept a vehicle I didn't want and was told that I only had two vehicles to choose from out of 200 that was said to be in inventory.

The Lake staff goes above and beyond. They picked up my car from my work and contacted me during the day with updates. They retuned the vehicle to me as soon as it was complete. I was able to pay online. I never had to set foot in the dealership while still receiving excellent customer service. Will pass along to all how well I was treated.

My salesperson Cecilia was extremely personable and a pleasure to work with. The dealership was very clean and orderly.

My Service Advisor immediately notified the problem but did not tell me. I don’t have a problem going through an over all check of the car and charging me for that. I do have a problem of not letting me know when you see the issue.
