PATHETIC!!!!! Justin the service Advisor was a complete non communicating idiot. He has no customer service skills at all and when he got called on the carpet he did the back pedal and called my wife a liar. ABSOLUTELY absurd. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. And the amount of money I paid for the work to be done and then do so not even QA/QC to make sure the work that was done was complete and correct. They left a clip dangling and thought it was no big deal. Now I have owned Bow ties for almost 40 years and I thought my poor service at Lou Bachrodt in Rockford was poor. These CLOWNS are by far the worse. I had to jump thru hoops for my daughter to pick up her car. And when my wife called to get the car the gentleman she spoke to said they were open til 8. They close at 7; who is the liar now. And when I leave a message for Justin he decides not to call me back I had to call him for answers. He tried to bully me and that got him absolutely nowhere. I had to call him and tell him how my daughter was getting her car. I THE CUSTOMER had to do his job. PATHETIC!!!! And now let’s turn to the COWARD Service Manager and the WORTHLESS COWARD General Manager. Neither one of them have returned my calls and messages. What kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE is that? You have answered correctly; NONE AT ALL. xxxx poor management leads to xxxx poor subordinates which results in this place losing business. Lake Chevrolet in Milwaukee, WI should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat their customers. Which leads me to believe that they care about the almighty dollar and not their customers. We as the consumer are just a number to them and nothing more. The entire staff should be ashamed of themselves for allowing themselves to be part of this toxic culture. Lake Chevrolet will not get one more of my dollars nor will I have send them any business from friends or family. Note to General Manger and Service Manager man up and reach out to those that have complaints. They have valid voices and could help your business. But you would rather be cowards. I even left messages for the finance manager and sales manager which received no call backs either. COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE!!!!! There AI Pam is completely worthless also a complete joke. You get absolutely no where with that dysfunctional tool. The whole organization is a complete disappointment. Lake. Chevrolet deserves negative stars. However that is not an option.

I was charged for services i didn't ask for or approved. Most of which I had already within a year. Regardless im never coming back

Did not diagnose issue had to take it somewhere else and get the issue resolved. Natalia said call my direct line which I did 10 times over different periods of time when the service department was open and not once did was my call answered. I left a message which was ignored and never got a call back. Had to pay a diagnosing fee which did not even resolve my issue was told if it happens again to bring it back which how could I if no persons except the AI Pam person would transfer me to the service dept only for nobody to answer. I will never be going back to Lake Chevy as I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. You lost a customer who has been brining their car there for years

Natalia has helped multiple times with extremely frustrating issues with Carvana and SilverRock. I really appreciate her.

Alex Sanchez did a fantastic job in coordinating the work and communication to repair my windshield. Traveling from out of town, and needing to continue my vacation , was very frustrating, Alex was a great help in getting the job done.

We leased a vehicle from Cecelia last year and had a great experience. When we were looking for another vehicle, we went to see her again. She is always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable on all vehicles. My wife and I were shown many new and used vehicle options and found another nice used Chevy in our budget.
