I'd like to thank the service associate Sam for being an extra kind person, going over and above what is required for her job. I came in for an oil change the other day. When the service was finished, the car was parked in front of the dealership, but 3-4 rows away from the building (it was the end of the day and all the spots were open, even the row directly in front of the building). I'm disabled and walk slowly and painfully. Sam saw where the car was parked, asked me for my keys, and ran out to get the car and pull it up to the door. A small thing, but it was huge to me. It's not often that people notice and help those that are struggling a bit. So, huge shoutout to Sam; I'll remember her kindness for a long time. Please say thank you to her.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated and they left all my rims loose. I was driving by Jeff's automotive repair in Cudahy stopped in and asked them to look at my car and they said all my wheels were loose. They weren't tightened up especially the front driver side that was gonna fall off lucky no one got killed. I want my money back $72.74 that they have not talked to me since I tried to talk to the service manager, but he would not talk to me. I talked to Brad. He talked to me a couple times but Nick the service manager would not talk to me. I talked to the head service manager and he just said he'll refer it to Nick and nobody called me back. There are awful place to go and have your work done. Plus they tell you you need more work on your car and that doesn't need to be done. they're lying to you.

I was impressed with timing and professionalism. Also loved their persistence to inform me of the recall.

The service was okay and I was only offered two choices of vehicles so I ended up with a vehicle I really didn't want.
